Home appliances and kitchen wares are provided but please handle it with care and don’t move the things from other unit to another unit/s.
Note: ANYTHING YOU LOST/BROKE INSIDE THE UNIT WILL BE CHARGE ON YOU SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL
You can cook inside the unit but please make sure gas tank is off after leaving going somewhere
Please NO SMOKING inside the unit
Please segregate garbage to bio gradable and non-bio gradable category
NO THROWING of napkin, tissue and etc. in the toilet bowl to avoid clogging
Partying/any activity that will disturb/cause annoyance to other residents beyond 10 pm is not allowed
TOWELS are for rented,₱25 each
