NEIGHBORHOOD Our unit / building is located in an exclusive community where most residents residing here are students / young professionals. This is not an along the road property that you can hear vehicles passes by. This is located in a quiet and peaceful community where you can enjoy relaxing and have a good night sleep at night far from the pollution of the street as well.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE We have available parking in the building if you have cars. But if you dont have then you can use GRAB-A-TAXI or go to the waiting shed and avail jeepney or taxi.This place is an advantage to those who have private cars. There's a parking, so not a prob. This would be a disadvantage to those who don't have cars and too lazy to go to the waiting shed and avail public transpo. A disadvantage as well to those who are not used to uphill-downhill type of community. Welcome to Baguio!
