The City Tourism Office, in partnership with the Bataan Provincial Tourism Office, successfully hosted the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Seminar with renowned speaker, Dr. Leslie Jorge Acain. The event brought together Barangay Tourism Coordinators and representatives from various tourism-related establishments to promote excellence in hospitality and service.

The seminar featured not only insightful discussions but also interactive workshops and fun games, allowing participants to learn and apply skills in an engaging and dynamic way. These activities emphasized the values of Filipino hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork, equipping attendees to deliver world-class service while showcasing Filipino warmth and pride.
