‼️RT PCR TEST FOR TOURISTS AT 900PHP ONLY! 🙏🏼😱✈️🇵🇭 (24 Hours Release Time!!)

The Department of Tourism has partnered with the University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) to subsidize 50% of the PHP1,800 RT-PCR testing cost administered by PGH.

The program aims for a safe, more accessible TRAVEL for ALL domestic travelers, and to provide a more affordable option in support of the gradual reopening of local travel destinations.

HOW TO AVAIL:
1️⃣ You must be traveling as a Tourist
2️⃣ Register at https://www.tpb.gov.ph/rtpcrphtravel 5 days before scheduled departure.
3️⃣ Applicants must attach the following documents:
▪️Copy of Valid government-issued ID
▪️Copy of Confirmed accommodation booking
▪️Proof of Transportation ticket for the appropriate mode of travel
4️⃣ Approved applications will receive an email from UP-PGH with the log-in credentials for the Client investigation Form (CIF) at cif.pgh.gov.ph for the tourist to fill up properly and completely.
5️⃣ Once the CIF has been submitted, UP-PGH will notify the tourist of the schedule for swap testing. Only those who have submitted the CIF online and who have received confirmation of swab test schedule will be accommodated. Walk-in requests shall strictly denied.

NOTE: UP-PGH can only accommodate to conduct 100 COVID-19 RT-PCR tests per day. Thus, applications will be on a first-come, first served basis.

As of May 30, 2020, 8:00pm

Cebu Pacific will resume operations on June 2, 2020, with a limited number of domestic flights out of NAIA Terminal 3.

We will restart with four flights, with the following routes:
June 2-4 Manila-General Santos-Manila
June 3-4 Manila-Naga-Manila
Manila-Cagayan de Oro-Manila
Manila-Cebu-Manila

Meanwhile, all international flights remain suspended from June 1 to 30, 2020.

Leisure travel is not allowed, as per government guidelines. Guests must check with the local governments of their origin and destination for the required documents.

We continue to work with the IATF, as well as national and local authorities on restarting flights. This is a developing situation. We may reduce or add flights depending on passenger demand, quarantine conditions and travel restrictions.

We encourage guests to check the email addresses they provided upon booking for updates on their

As per the directive of the LTFRB, hindi pa rin po maaaring bumiyahe ang mga provincial buses sa unang bahagi (1st Phase) ng General Community Quarantine. The authorities are restarting transportation in phases for the safety and health of everyone. Dahil po dito, wala pa rin pong byahe ang Genesis, Saulog Transit, North Genesis, at Aurora Bus Lines.

Para naman po sa Genesis P2P: Clark Airport to NAIA3 & North Edsa, please standby for further announcements. We are still clarifying and waiting for the advisory of the authorities.

Para naman po sa Saulog Transit P2P: Cavite City (Sangley) to PITX & NAIA1, please standby for the announcement on the trip schedule. Ito po ay magsisimula nang bumiyahe ng June 01, 2020.

Para naman po sa mga nagtatanong kung kailan magkaka-biyahe: On June 22, 2020 (2nd phase), as per LTFRB, Public Utility Vehicles, including provincial buses, may possibly resume operations.😊🙏

After the 15th of May, if the ECQ will not be extended anymore, we should all assume that a GCQ will be imposed on ALL of the regions affected by the COVID-19. Let us help Malacañang in informing people of the new normal we have to follow. Familiarize yourselves to avoid confusion.

General Community Quarantine (GCQ) Rules:

1. Selected workers in non-essential services are allowed to go to work.

● electronics
● exports
● manufacturing
● e-commerce
● delivery
● repair services
● maintenance
● housing

2. Half of employees work from home, 50 percent are working on site:

● Finance
● Business process outsourcing (BPO)
● Non-leisure trade and service

3. Will remain CLOSED:

● Schools
● Amusement centers
● Leisure facilities
● Gaming
● Tourism services

4. NOT permitted to leave the house:

● Children (0 to 20 years old)
● Elderly (60 years old and above)
● People with high-risk health issues

5. ONLY shops catering to NECESSITIES will be allowed to re-open in malls. Malls will limit entry of shoppers.

6. Airconditioning will be limited in malls. WIFI will not be provided. NO loittering allowed.

7. Priority construction projects can resume

8. Nonworkers are allowed to buy food and go out to avail of essential services

● Allowed will be people who are 21 to 59 years old.
● EXCEPT again: children, elderly, vulnerable people

9. Public transport can operate at reduced capacity.

10. Local government units shall ENFORCE CURFEW for nonworkers.

11. Airports and ports can only operate for the unhampered DELIVERY OF GOODS.

Plans of going out or reunions after May 15 are still not entirely possible. You are REQUIRED to bring an I.D. that specifies your AGE and ADDRESS wherever you go. Checkpoints will still be in place. You will still be questioned if you defy the rules.

This is in line with the extension of Enhanced Community Quarantine imposed over much of Luzon, and implementation of General Community Quarantine over other provinces. Restrictions are also implemented by local governments across the Philippines.
