Sumaguing Cave is also known as the P**n Cave, due to some rock formations depicting male and female s*x organs. Theory suggests that Sagada was once underwater, or the cave was once inhabited by sea creatures, due to the fossils found in the rocks of Sumaguing Cave.

MT. AMUYOA, Top 10 highest Mountains in the Philippines. It’s location is situated between the boundaries of Barlig Mt. Province and Banaue Ifugao Province. The Mountain is an early hunting ground of the ancestors of Barlig and has claimed their ancestral rights over this forest. This is officially under the jurisdiction of the Mountain Province area and it has 2702 metres above the sea level.

Napulawan is mystical. Its name might have been derived from the Tuwale (Ifugao) word “pulaw” which means white, descriptive of the almost perpetual cloud-and-fog cover that makes everything white in the mountain. This may have prompted the locals, long ago.

The Banaue Rice Terraces (Filipino: Hagdan-hagdang Palayan ng Banawe) are terraces that were carved into the mountains of Banaue, Ifugao, in the Philippines, by the ancestors of the indigenous people. The terraces are occasionally called the "Eighth Wonder of the World". It is commonly thought that the terraces were built with minimal equipment, largely by hand. The terraces are located approximately 1,500 metres (4,900 feet) above sea level. These are fed by an ancient irrigation system from the rainforests above the terraces. The Banaue compose 18 barangay.

The Banaue Rice Terraces refer to the cluster close to the Banaue poblacion as seen from the viewpoint. Contrary to popular belief perpetrated by its inclusion on the twenty peso banknote, the Banaue Rice Terraces are not a UNESCO World Heritage Site. They were not included in the UNESCO inscription Rice Terraces of the Philippine Cordilleras due to the presence of numerous modern structures, making it score low in the integrity criterion of UNESCO.

The five clusters inscribed as part of the Rice Terraces of the Philippine Cordilleras are Batad, Bangaan, Hungduan, Mayoyao Central and Nagacadan. Batad and Bangaan are under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Banaue.
