Cebu Pacific (CEB) advises its passengers to book their flights directly through CEB’s official website and mobile app to avail themselves of the guaranteed lowest fares.
Passengers should only book via CEB’s official platforms and affiliated travel agencies to avoid issues in their bookings and flights.
Customers who transact through unauthorized channels and agents may not be able to:
· Receive a complete booking and ticket due to incorrect fares
· Do online check-in
· Purchase CEB Flexi to create Travel Fund
· Rebook
· Refund
· Add bags or meals

Suspension of Operations in Dipolog Airport
November 23, 2023
Cebu Pacific (CEB) advises its passengers that flights between Manila and Dipolog will be suspended from December 1 to 7, 2023 due to runway repairs which limit commercial jet operations. As safety is of paramount concern, operations will remain suspended until we have assessed and confirmed that the runway is safe for landing and take-off.
The following flights from December 1 to 7, are cancelled:
• 5J 703/704: Manila – Dipolog – Manila
• 5J 705/706: Manila – Dipolog – Manila
CEB is mounting additional recovery flights to Pagadian which affected passengers may take. The following options have also been provided which they can avail through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure:
1. Flight Rebooking / Rerouting
Rebook or reroute to any flight bound for Pagadian or Ozamiz. Should the travel period extend beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date, a fare difference may be applied.
2. Travel Fund
Store the full amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.
For customers with existing bookings between Manila and Dipolog beyond December 7, we will provide an update as soon as possible, once the necessary runway repairs have been completed. CEB is working closely with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines regarding this matter.
