MACTAN-CEBU TO BANTAYAN ISLAND FLIGHTS STARTING JULY ✈️

✈️ Bantayan Island Airport will soon have regular flights from Mactan-Cebu International Airport once all the necessary permits are completed by a route applicant, Leading Edge Air Service Corporation (LEASCOR).

✈️ Maiden flight is tentatively scheduled on July 5, with a twice weekly frequency. Mactan departure is at 10am while the return flight is at 1pm.

✈️ LEASCOR is a Filipino cooperative airline company established in 2016 and has since been operating chartered flights to different provinces in the country.

✈️ The airline is currently operating a fleet of two aircrafts, an ATR 72 and a Fokker 50.

✈️ Bantayan Island Airport, located in the town of Santa Fe, is classified as community airport but recent upgrades and a runway extension are geared towards becoming a commercial airport soon.

✈️ The airport is under the control and supervision of Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority.

✈️ Regular flights to the island will open Bantayan to a wide spectrum of tourism-related opportunities, just like Panglao and Siargao in the early days.

We have a first aid kit, vinegar, and puller always kept in our multicab for emergencies while at the beach. The vinegar and puller are for sea urchins or jellyfish accidents. DON'T P*E ON IT! USE VINEGAR INSTEAD.

Secure your valuables in a waterproof container when island hopping.
With Island Adventures Cebu, you can use a waterproof pouch for free (no rent fees) as long as you return it undamaged after using and before leaving Bantayan. Ask our driver for the pouch.

Traveler's tip: When heading to Hagnaya port for your Bantayan trip, grab a box/boxes of pizza from Sellia Pizza Express just across Tambongon Integrated School in San Remigio. They offer affordable and cant-get-enough pizza. Eat it while it's hot!

Perfect while waiting for the boat to Bantayan or after you get off the boat from Bantayan.

When island hopping sa Bantayan, Balidbid Lagoon is a better and cheaper option than Virgin Island.

Sulit ang entrance fee because it includes a table and chairs plus a big garbage bag. There are also hammocks and sunbeds everywhere. The super fine sand feels so soft on your feet. Most importantly, there are lifeguards to keep us safe.

Additionally, you can even bring your own kayak or stand up paddle to explore the whole lagoon. Island Adventures Cebu has a multicab with a roof rack to store your outdoor equipments. Perfect for adventures!

You can spend only 2 days and 1 night in Bantayan and still be able to go on a land tour and go to Balidbid without feeling too rushed. Of course it's always better to spend more days in Bantayan so you'll have a chance to see the stunning ceiling art in St Peter and Paul church and shop for pasalubong (and your own consumption) at the famous dried fish market.
