Mahogany House is a native and cabin style accomodation. It is located in Barangay Tal ot, Barili, Cebu, between the mountain boundary of Carcar and Barili, Cebu. It is 43 km away from Cebu City or 1.5 hours by car. It is perfect for those who want to experience provincial life. The accomodation is ideal for family bonding while enjoying fresh air, cooler temperature and the relaxing sight of greenery all around.

The PLACE

The place is set along the provincial road and is nestled in a 3,000-square meter fenced lot surrounded by pole bamboos.

Guests who will book the place will have the private use of the entire property which includes 4 cabins.

Location📍: Barangay Tal-ot, Barili, Cebu.

By 🚎:
Option 1: Ride a bus to Barili or any town after Barili. Upon reaching Mantalongon Public Market, disembark and ride a motorcycle going to the place.
Option 2: Ride a bus going to Aloguinsan via Barili and you can disembark in front of the place.

By 🚖: Navigate with waze or google maps, just set your destination to: Mahogany Place Barili.

Price 🏷️ range for exclusive use only: ₱11,000-16,000 good for 16 pax depending on the day of the week and promos. Price is subject to change without prior notice.

The Vacation House is a native and cabin style accomodation for exclusive use. It is located in the mountain boundary of Carcar and Barili, Cebu. It is 43 km away from Cebu City. It is perfect for those who want to experience provincial life. The accomodation is ideal for family bonding while enjoying fresh air, cooler temperature and the relaxing sight of greenery all around.

The PLACE

The Vacation House is set along the national road and is nestled in a 3,000 square meter fenced lot surrounded by pole bamboos.

Guests who will book this place will have the private use of the entire property which includes three airconditioned cabins. The main cabin has one bedroom with a bathroom, while the second cabin has two rooms with bathrooms adjacent to the cabin.

The Vacation House has the following amenities:

~Swimming Pool with whirlpool bath, size, 5x12m, 3.5 feet shallow, 4.5 feet depth end.
~Two cottages
~ Bonfire area
~Tree house with 2 hammocks.
~ Wifi (15-30mbps Average Speed)
~Flat TV with Cignal Cable for the main room.
~We provide towels, bedsheets, pillows, blankets, soap, shampoo, and tissue paper.
~Basketball Court
~Car Parking
~Fully functional kitchen with utensils, plates, spoons, forks, glasses, etc. It also has a refrigerator, stove, rice cooker, microwave, and grill area.
~Hot & cold water dispenser with free 20 gallons of purified water.
-Guests can bring food or they can cook in the kitchen with NO CORKAGE FEE.
-The place has one caretaker tasked to operate the pool and water pump.
-Nearest public market and 7/11 convenience store is 2 kilometers or 3-5 minutes by car.
