3. Refund

The process may take up to two (2) months from the date of request.

We urge passengers travelling to and from Cebu on October 24, 2022 to only proceed to the airport if they have confirmed flights. For those who wish to voluntarily postpone their flights, they may avail of Cebu Pacific's flexible options which include free rebooking and travel fund.

Ang mga impormasyong ito ay ayon sa mga requirements na inilabas ng local government unit (LGU) ng nasabing destination.

Additional notes:

For Iloilo City:
• For Partially vaccinated and Unvaccinated passengers, Negative RT-PCR test result which must have been obtained within 72 hours prior to and upon arrival, is now required.
• Effective immediately until 11:59 PM of February 28, 2022 unless otherwise modified, extended or lifted earlier and for other purposes.

For Ozamiz:
