Since summer time is coming, we opened an additional room, so we have total of 4 rooms for accomodation.
New Rates:
For 3 rooms (15 pax max) - ₱ 25,000.00
For 4 rooms (20 pax max) - ₱ 30,000.00

• All four rooms are air-conditioned with their own bathrooms
• Spacious balcony in all rooms
• Swimming pool with under water lights
• Outdoor shower are and restrooms
• WI-FI
• Smart TV
• Bluetooth Sound System
Kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, hot and cold water dispenser, stove, charcoal griller, basic kitchenware and utensils)
• Foldable Tables and Chairs
• Parking Area
Rules:
• Check-in 2 pm, Check-out 11 am
• Strictly no smoking Indoors (Smoking is allowed outdoors, provided all cigarette butts are disposed properly)
• No pets allowed
• Rearranging indoors furniture is not allowed
• CLAYGO. Please wash all kitchenware and utensils after use
• We are not liable for any loss or accidents
• No cancellation of bookings, however rebooking may be made subject to availability of chosen dates
Payment Terms:
• 50 % downpayment upon confirmation of booking, balance must be settled 24 hrs before the scheduled date of arrival
