On October 19, My Happy Fins held an "Intro to Freediving" workshop designed for non-swimmers. The session focused on building confidence in open water, teaching vital skills such as equalization techniques and the duck dive method. Participants enjoyed a supportive environment, gaining essential knowledge and practical skills to enhance their underwater experiences.
