Wild Serenity

It is bewildering to think that this pristine and calm lake is a crater of an active volcano. Mt. Anahawan or Mt. Cabalian is one of the 24 active volcanoes in the Philippines. The serene ambiance, in a snap, could be awakened into roaring and living Earth.

One day, you wish to spend a laid back time around this mountain. One day you could be running for your life from it.

Verily, Mother Nature either soothes or scares your soul, and there is no in between.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) Sigma Alpha Chapter had successfully conducted a symposium and orientation to 27 VSU students. In most cases, only half would go for the initiation process. And maybe a quarter would be full pledged members. But to inform 27 full grown minds the real and genuine essence of a fraternity is a seed that would bear fruits for the society to reap. 👌👌👌

Fun fact: SAE is the first among 20+ frats in Visayas State University (VSU) to be recognized by the government by obtaining a NISA clearance (National Intelligence and Security Authority). That was in 1979 when there was a standing martial law in the country and congregation was highly frowned upon by then Marcos administration.
