Oriental (Bindoy, Manjuyod, Mabinay, Bais City, Tanjay City, Pamplona, San Jose, Amlan, Basay, Bayawan City, Sibulan, Santa Catalina, Valencia, Dumaguete City, Bacong, Dauin, Zamboanguita, Siaton, Ayungon, Tayasan, Jimalalud, La Libertad, Guihulngan City, Canlaon City, Vallehermoso); (Carcar, Barili, Sibonga, Dumanjug, Ronda, Alcantara, Moalboal, Argao, Dalaguete, Badian, Alegria, Alcoy, Boljoon, Malabuyoc, Ginatilan, Oslob, Samboan, Santander, Balamban, Cebu City, Mandaue City, Consolacion, Compostela, Liloan, Toledo City, Minglanilla, Talisay City, Pinamungahan, Naga City, San Fernando, Aloguinsan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cordova); which may persist within
2 to 3 hours and may affect nearby areas.
