Different Airlines Which May Affect Any Onward Bookings or Itinerary of Passengers or Succeeding Flights.
Arrangement of rebooking and cancellation must be addressed to the airline and the agency will find ways to
assist you.
12. For Any Cancellation/Void/Exchange/Correction or Refunds, a Service Charge, Plus Airlines and Hotel
Charges which Including Penalties, Fare Differences If Any and Other Fees, will be charge on pax account.
13. Please Check With Airlines or Itinerary Invoice Or Ticket Copy For Any other Restrictions.
14. Package is strictly Non-refundable, Non endorsable, Non Transferable and Non-Cancellable
15. Rebooking will be case to case basis. Promo tickets and packages are non-rebookable.
16. Please check with the airlines regarding the baggage allowance for each passenger.
17. Please Check the Passenger’s Name, Flight Details, Fare Quotes and other Restrictions before
Ticketing.

18. The agent shall not be held liable for any error once the ticket has been officially issued and received by
the client.
19. It will be The Passenger& #39;s Responsibility to Ensure That He/She Complied with Health Requirements of
Places to be visited.
20. The Agency will not be held liable For Any Delays, Costs or Illness or accident resulting from the
Passenger’s negligence or failure to meet the requirements.
21. For any room facilities, hotel facilities and car parking Inquiries, please contact the hotel directly.
22. For extension of stay, guest might not have the privilege room rate and is the discretion of the hotel,
room charges will be on clients account upon check out.
23. The agent shall not be held liable for any error once the ticket has been officially issued and received by
the client.
24. Cancellation Penalty differ according to destination, hotel policy & seasonality (Low/ High/ Peak).
25. No refund for No Show bookings.
26. During FORCE MAJEURE, Global Pinoy Travel & Tours are not responsible for the company or its
guest for its failure to execute due to unpredictable event or circumstances beyond our control.
27. NO REFUND on meals, Hotel sightseeing tours and transfers.
