TRANSIENT HOUSE RULES
The following must be observed adhered to during your stay:
1. FULL PAYMENT must be settled upon arrival and before handing over the keys. no cancellation policy. accommodation is rebookable but notify us 3 days before the target date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
2. Check in is 2pm onwards. check out is up to 12noon, to give us time to make up the house for the next guest.
3.smoking is not allowed inside the room/house. smoke outside the house area and dispose cigarette butts into the garbage.
4.Gambling and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
5.turn off water and lights and electrical appliances whenever not in use or going out of the house.
6.lock your house all the times, we will not be liable for any loss of your personal belongings.
7.Replacement cost shall be paid by guests due to abuse, negligence or deliberate damages on house properties including loss of room keys.
8.Alcoholic beverage drinking is allowed but avoid disruptive behavior.
9.Respect the privacy of other people in the neighbourhood,refrain from screaming or making loud noise or unruly behavior will result to discharge from the house without any course to refund.
10. Rates do not cover insurance of any sort, so guests are advised to take precautions. Owner shall not be liable for any accident or injury.
