LOOK: The Philippine Kiteboarding Association arrives at Borongan Airport with competitors from China, Thailand, Estonia and different parts of the country.

Among the first batch of kiteboarding delegates who have arrived in Borongan ahead of the event opening are PKA President Jay Ortiz, Asian Kiteboarding Champion Yo Pudla from Thailand, and kiteboarder/influencer Karlie Thoma from Hawaii.

The City Government of Borongan is set to co-present the first leg of the Philippine Kiteboarding Tour - Season 10 which is scheduled to take place from November 29 to December 1, with the opening ceremony happening at Baybay Boulevard tomorrow, November 28.
