We are really grateful that you choose our place. Masaya po kaming mapaglingkuran kayo. 🙂
Mahalaga din po sa amin ang bawat request at feedback ninyo.

However, there is an instance that some guest get mad at our staff handling their invoice when they found out that there is an early check in fees.

Please don’t get mad about it. If you want the advantage of checking in early, please expect to pay for it.
We understand it may be frustrating to you coz you may be looking at it from the viewpoint of one individual guest, but the resort is looking at it from the viewpoint of the impact of many guests doing this.

Please understand that it is stated on our policy from the date you decided to book on us. The policy was created for a reason. There’s more to it than just the room being clean.

Let me just example our Grey’s Villa.

As soon as you arrive, you will be using the 6 air conditioned bedrooms. SIX. The pool filtration system will be turn on also.
Along with the shower heater.
Also, our water supply is powered by an electric pump. You might be opt to turn on the karaoke, to use the refrigerator or the microwave, etc.

FACT : Energy cost in Zambales is way higher than some cities and provinces.

Not just that. You might not know it but also the staff is affected when you check in early unannounced. We call them to rush, even if they’re on a break or not yet on duty.

We need to to be able to manage our resources efficiently and charging an early check in fee helps us to do that.

Before you arrive, we have to move out previous guests, clean the rooms, the kitchen, vacuum the pool and treat it again, and be ready for the new guests. This takes time.

That’s why we always encouraged to follow the standard check in time, which is 2pm.

To avoid any issues and for us to have more time to clean thoroughly and meticulously.

So please, please, please, If you don’t have plans on paying early check in fees, please manage your time and follow the standard check in time - 2:00pm.

We apologize if it hurts your budget, but try to understand, Us too. This is just a small- family business trying to make a living for us and our employees.
