Located only 40 minutes away from Metro Manila, this luxurious 1 hectare property is perfect for big families & groups that want to get away from the traffic & pollution of the city without the long travel time! e a dip in our swimming pool complete with whirlpool bath & kiddie pool & enjoy other activities like karaoke, darts, bike trail & much more, all while taking in the fresh countryside breeze! We've taken extra precautions to make our property safe. Aside from minimal physical contact, we practice enhanced cleaning and disinfection of the entire villa before and after each guest. We ask guests to strictly follow the maximum capacity and allotted check-in & out times. Check-in after 2PM
Check-out before 11AM

Maximum capacity of 20 adult pax, children below 12 years old are free and not included in the headcount. Aditonal 500 Pesos per head in excess of 20 pax. ( Visitors / Non-overnight guests are included in the headcount)

We may provide early check-in or late check-out if there are no reservations connected to your preferred dates. If late check-out is possible, we charge 1000 Pesos per hour in extension past 11AM.

Ciada is a gated 15,000 sqm. property in a rural area surrounded by farmlands, with roads leading to the property still unpaved and un-named. Although located in a rural area, Ciada is only a 5 minute drive away from the Town Proper where you can find numerous vegetable, meat, and seafood vendors, food stalls, convenience stores, and much more! There is also a SM Mall and Waltermart supermarket located only 15 minutes drive away where you can find a vast selection of international restaurants and grocery goods! Guests booking this property may bring, cook, and prepare their own meals using our fully equipped kitchen or have food serviced by our partner catering company! For outside catering with service crew, we charge a corkage of 100 Pesos per head.

Guests booking this property can enjoy exclusive use of the entire villa and it's amenities including:

-Beds, Pillows, and Blankets, Good for 20 Adult pax

-250 sqm Swimming Pool, Kiddie Pool, and whirlpool bath
-Use of Pavilion 1 (Dry Area / Lounge)
-Use of Pavilion 2 (Wet Area / Dining Area)
-All Facilities for Table Tennis, Sungka, Chess, Darts, Cards/Board Games, Books and etc.
-Access to Private Bike / Jogging Trail
-Fully Equipped Kitchen & Charcoal Grill. (Guests can bring and cook their own food)
-Use of 9 Toilets, 6 Indoor Shower Rooms & 2 Outdoor Shower Rooms
-Tables and Chairs
-Drinking Water with Hot and Cold Dispenser
-Use of TV and Sound System
-Ample and Secure Parking Space
-4 Air-Conditioned Bedrooms with 65 & 55 inch Smart TVs and 3 Ensuite Bathrooms

We're practice minimal physical contact with guests. Our staff will only actively receive you upon check-in and check-out unless asked for. We provide guests with a radio to reach our caretakers for any assistance you may need! Our caretakers live on site and are available from 8am to 11pm to assist you with anything you may need during your time in Ciada! Our property is not recommended for big events. We may decline bookings for more than 30 pax, depending on your arrangement. Please contact us in advance if you plan to exceed our maximum allowed headcount.
