Cancelled Flights Following Technical Disruption
As of July 19, 2024; 7:00 PM
After experiencing technical issues, reportedly related to technology partners of Navitaire (Microsoft and CrowdStrike) which caused a global system outage, the following Cebu Pacific flights scheduled are cancelled:

This is a developing situation, and some flight changes may take place in the coming days. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status.
To reduce congestion, affected passengers are also advised not to proceed to the airport at this time.
Cebu Pacific is offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights scheduled up to July 21, 2024.
Cebu Pacific will send notifications to affected passengers once the systems are working and will provide the options available.
