HINDI KASALANAN NG AIRLINES ANG TURBULENCE

Today, a flight attendant for a local airline messaged me. She said she overheard a passenger ranting loudly as the plane encountered turbulence after departing from Manila. There was a weather disturbance caused by Typhoon Carina inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). The passenger kept saying, "Anong klaseng airline ito, masyadong matagtag!" In English, he said, "What kind of airline is this? It's so rough!" The man was blaming the airline for the turbulent flight. Perhaps it's time to educate people about turbulence.

First of all, the bumpy flight is not the airline's fault when it flies through turbulence. Turbulence is brought about by weather conditions, not the pilot's flying ability. Also, turbulence is normal. It is just like passing over a rough road in a car; the ride is bumpy.
