To our Valued Passengers:

We encourage you to allot extra time for your travel to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in view of current road closures in Manila as part of security preparations for the June 30 Presidential Inauguration activities.

Please expect high volume of vehicles passing by detour areas. We wish to remind you to leave your homes early to avoid missing your flight.

The following roads will remain closed until 11PM of June 30:

- Padre Burgos Avenue
- Finance Road
- Maria Orosa St. from TM Kalaw to Padre Burgos General Luna St. from Padre Burgos-Muralla St.

The following will also be closed to traffic on June 30 from 4AM to 11PM:

- Ayala Boulevard
- Victoria Street from Taft Avenue to Muralla Street

Roads near Malacañang and the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City will also be closed.

Cancelled flights due to Mt. Bulusan eruption

As of June 12, 2022; 12NN



Due to the volcanic activity by Mt. Bulusan which spewed ash, the following Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights are cancelled:

5J327/328 Manila – Legazpi – Manila

DG6111/6112 Manila – Naga - Manila

DG6117/6118 Manila – Naga – Manila

Affected passengers may conveniently avail any of the following options online, through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website:

1. Rebook

Rebook for travel within 30 days at no additional cost, following CEB’s permanent removal of change fees. Fare difference waived.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for six (6) months and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

The process may take up to two (2) months from the date of request.

Passengers are advised to check the travel requirements, safety protocols, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the CEB website: bit.ly/CEBFaqs

For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Charlie the Chatbot on the Cebu Pacific website.

Maximum pre baggage allowance for domestic is up to 40kls only.

With the 10% increase in terminal fee, new rate is PhP104.50.
