1. If guest/s cancels the tour, down payment is forfeited, non-refundable.
2. In case of Acts of God (natural calamities) or any bad weather condition and when prompted by the local government unit to cancel the tour, refund be made on tours/services not done. However, if tours/services has been diverted to other available tours/service, refund will only be applied to the total cost of the diverted tours. Refund will not be deducted from the total amount of the bill, but will be credited back to a designated bank account of the tour agency or guest/s. Processing/release of refund is 30 days after request.
