Dear Guest,

Please be informed that AirAsia Philippines still operates domestic flights via NAIA Terminal 2 and international flights via Terminal 3.

As we await further thorough consultation with New NAIA Infrastructure Corporation (NNIC) and other airport stakeholders on the plans to be implemented at the airport, we advise our guests to follow the current terminal assignments as listed on their travel itineraries.

AirAsia highly encourages all guests including group bookings to perform online self check-in on the airasia MOVE app before arriving at the airport. Online check-in is available from 14 days prior and up to one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time. Guests with reduced mobility and special needs are required to check-in at the counter, so please plan the journey ahead.

Guests are advised to be at the airport three (3) hours before the scheduled departure time. All guests are allowed to bring onboard a maximum of two (2) cabin bags as part of your baggage allowance with a total weight of 7kg for both items.

Guests may check the current flight status through the airasia MOVE app or via the website at www.airasia.com/flightstatus/.
