The Province of Basilan has 11 municipalities with 2 cities. This place has so much history, culture, land and sea resources. Those people who has no knowledge about the place, unfortunately, brand and judge the place and its people negatively. Yet in reality, my journey here with the LGU’s and talking with communities makes me realized how wonderful our differences are and makes me appreciate more their culture.🙂
