When in Pampanga, make sure to visit Aling Lucing restaurant for its sisig, said to be "the original." There are 8 branches all over the province and we went to one of the 2 branches along Claro M. Recto St. Sisig is a pork dish made of chopped meat from pig's face or "maskara" and ears or "tenga ng baboy," chicken liver and onions and served with pepper and calamansi.

Taglucop Strawberry Hills, located at the border between Davao and Bukidnon, is a comfortable and popular stop for travelers going to either direction. What do you call this “tree”? I can tell you after a thousand guesses or you can visit BAFF or Binahon Agri-Forestry Farm (BAFF) an 8-hectare agro-tourism venture started in 1992 in Sitio Bul-ogan, Lantapan, Bukidnon and learn more about this "tree" and organic and sustainable farming. BAFF offers affordable accommodation for small or big groups at P1,500 per person per day (minimum 2), inclusive of 3 meals and 2 snacks. If visiting for a day only, there is a consumable entrance fee of P100 per person. 3 Bukidnon farms open to tourists

Early this June, local tourism stakeholders in the region participated in a 4-day Agri-Cultural Tourism and Nature Tourism Circuit tour organized by the Department of Tourism - Region 10 led by its young, energetic and pro-active Regional Director Marie Elaine “May” Salvana-Unchuan. Local tour operators and hotel representatives visited 3 farms and other emerging attractions in Bukidnon which are ready to cater to tourists.
