MODE OF PAYMENT
⏩️Down payment: $250/person initial to reserve of seats/slots
⏩️Full Payment : 45days before travel date

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
➡️Minimum 2pax to avail the package, rooms are based on twin/double sharing. Single supplement is also available for solo travelers.
➡️An initial $250 per person initial down payment, will be charged to guarantee reservation of room and seats.
➡️All down payments are Non-refundable.
➡️Full payment will be required 45days before the departure dates. Monthly installment after the first payment is also an option
➡️Failure to pay remaining balances on due dates, means cancellation of reservations
➡️No refund for unused airfare tickets, rooms, meals, tours & transfer services
➡️Strictly no cancellation or amendments upon confirmation of booking
➡️For passengers who cannot pass the immigration process, the Full Tour Package cost is non-refundable.
➡️Package is not applicable for Senior Citizen/ Student discounts
➡️All Passengers must get a Negative RT-PCR Test results 48hrs (own pax account) if needed.
➡️Cancellation made due to force majeure and Gov't imposed restrictions is for rebooking only, subject to hotel and flight availability and policy.
➡️Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances.
➡️In the event of sudden notice of flight time change by the airlines, the passengers are to follow the new set of schedules.
➡️Full Cancellation charge for any cancellation 30 days before the travel dates.
➡️Surcharge may apply for non-Filipino passport holders or Foreigner
➡️A Booking Confirmation will be issued upon down payment as proof of reservation.
➡️E-tickets and Hotel Service vouchers to be issued 2 weeks before departures.
➡️Any payment made means accepting, approving and confirming the booking.

classic scenario...

Client inquired through a Travel Agent (TA).
Client booked through another service provider.
Client get back to the first TA for assistance. 😞

We don't do business that way, men! In as much as we want to help you, we just don't have the capacity to address your concern. Your booked ticket is not looped in our system, that's limiting us to have access to your transaction/ticket.

Lesson:
Make sure to give thorough instructions to the service provider, otherwise you need to go back to that same person to request for more assistance.

Note:
Some clients don't have any idea how precious our time and how much effort we accorded to them.

Yes, we perfectly understand that inquiries are just inquiries unless it's paid/final. But it's another story when the client gets the services of another TA but get back to us for assistance. Not to mention, we often do not receive a simple "thank you" or the right courtesy that we deserve. But damn! we're used to it. LOL! Our consolation is sometimes, we have very kind clients who truly respect our job, our time and appreciate our effort. Some were deliberately generous of which made me question "Do i deserve this kindness?" Yes, there are clients who are really kind and very pleasant. And in any case that they will not proceed with the transaction, they inform us without any pretense. Very professional! Shout out to all of them! We are grateful to have rendered our services to y'all! ❤❤

Nonetheless, I am thankful to having met these different types of clients from different walks in life! Imagine learning Psychology real time! ahaha! very interesting, indeed!
