PASSENGER REMINDERS - PEAK HOLIDAY SEASON 2024

We expect a high volume of passengers to travel on our domestic and international flights during the Christmas and New Year peak holiday rush.

For your travel convenience, we highly encourage you to:

· Allocate extra time in going to the airport. Ensure that you will make it in time for your flight, particularly when flying out of Manila or other major airports in the Philippines where heavy traffic is expected. Plan to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your domestic flight; or at least 4 hours before your international flight.

· Check before you fly. Please check your updated flight status and terminal assignment before heading to the airport by visiting www.philippineairlines.com, clicking the Flight Status Tab in the PAL website.

· Skip the lines. Check-in online via www.philippineairlines.com or your mobile app within 24 hours up to one hour before your flight.

· Stay within your free baggage allowance. Ensure that your bags are within the allowable free check-in baggage weight as indicated on your ticket.

· Check your travel documents. Ensure the completeness and validity of all travel documents.

For International trips:
1. Passport should be valid at least 6 months from your date of travel
2. The name on your ticket must be exactly the same as the name reflected in your passport
3. Ensure that you have required visas, permits, vaccination card (if appropriate) and other documents required for your destination

For Domestic trips:
1. Bring your valid government, school, or company-issued ID
2. Ensure that the name on your ticket is exactly the same as the name reflected in the ID presented upon check-in and boarding

· Register for E-Travel. International travelers are also required to fill out the E-Travel Registration, as mandated by the Philippine authorities.

· Check your terminal assignments. In Manila, PAL domestic flights depart from NAIA

Terminal 2, while PAL international flights depart from NAIA Terminal 1.

Cebu Pacific Advisory # 2
Cancelled Flights Due to Typhoon Pepito
As of November 15, 2024; 3:30 PM

Following the latest public advisories issued by PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration) on Typhoon Pepito (international name: Man-Yi), we anticipate potential disruptions to our flight operations in the coming days.

Cebu Pacific (CEB) has cancelled the following flights on November 16, 2024:

• DG 6113/6114: Manila – Naga – Manila
• DG 6117/6118: Manila – Naga – Manila
• DG 6177/6178: Manila – Masbate – Manila
• DG 6195/6196: Manila – Legazpi – Manila
• DG 6208/6209: Cebu – Legazpi – Cebu
• DG 6210/6211: Cebu – Legazpi – Cebu
• DG 6546/6547: Cebu – Calbayog – Cebu
• DG 6577/6578: Cebu – Tacloban – Cebu
• DG 6579/6580: Cebu – Tacloban – Cebu

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

Cebu Pacific is also offering flexible options, including free rebooking and Travel Fund, for passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from all domestic and international destinations from November 16 to 18, 2024. Passengers may avail of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

The safety of our passengers and crew remains our utmost priority. CEB strongly advises its passengers not to proceed to the airport unless they have confirmed bookings for flights which are currently still planned to operate. Please monitor the status of your flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status or on the CEB mobile app and update your contact details via the Manage Booking portal https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking to receive email and SMS notifications on flight reminders.

We strongly urge our passengers to consider whether their journeys are essential and give serious consideration to rescheduling travel plans to a later date.

We advise you not to proceed to the airport if your flight is cancelled, but instead avail of the rebooking options below.

FOR PASSENGERS OF CANCELLED FLIGHTS, you have the option to:

1. Convert your ticket to non-expiring Travel Credits equivalent to the unused segment of your ticket, excluding Ticketing Service Charge.

2. Rebook or Reroute your ticket to another flight with available space within 60 days from the original flight in the same booking class or higher within the same cabin class.

3. Refund ticket without penalties, excluding Ticketing Service Charge for partially used tickets. You may access the online self-reaccommodation tool for flight rebooking.

Simply click the Manage Tab, then select the Flight Disruption button in our homepage at www.philippineairlines.com.

If your contact details are in our reservations records, you will be informed of the status of your flights via e-mail, telephone call or SMS/text.
