- Billiards table (30in x 50in)
- 2 rooms w/ aircon (standard accommodation up to 12 pax); can accommodate additional 3 pax
- 4 Bathrooms
- Outside toilet & shower for pool
- Service Kitchen
- Full size Refrigerator
- Microwave
- Rice cooker
- Electric kettle
- Drinking water (free first 20L)
- Stove (add 200 pesos for LPG)
- Additional Table & Chairs
- Parking for 2 vehicles (1 inside + 1 outside)

House Rules:
- Quiet time: 10pm to 8am (No videoke/basketball)
- Observe acceptable noise level
- Responsible drinking of alcohol only
- Bring own hygiene kit, towels and dining utensils, plates, cups, etc.
