We have a unit for you if you need a place to stay for a while! Specially set up for short-term stays, we made sure to have it fully furnished with basic necessities to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable, and convenient.

The condo is near a Wet&Dry market, Savemore Supermarket, Church, SM City East Ortigas Mall, and transport terminals (bound to Makati, Ortigas).

We are also living within the condo complex which makes communication very easy for you.

THE SPACE:
Floor Area: 25sqm studio unit with balcony
Walk-up-condo. NO ELEVATOR.
The unit is located on the THIRD floor.
Fully Painted Walls & Ceiling
Fully Fitted Toilet & Bath
With overhead kitchen cabinets

Our unit is perfect for solo adventurers who want to stay away from the busy city.
Or for couples who want some alone time
Or for families who need a "staycation"
Or for friends who are ready to take over the mountains of Rizal
Or for businessmen who need a place to relax their mind

Take advantage of its proximity to the Garment Capital of the Philippines. Enjoy shopping at Taytay's famous Tiangge where you can buy affordable but quality clothes.

We make sure that you will enjoy your stay in our unit by providing the best customer service you ever need.

Fresh and clean sheets, comfortable pillows, functional equipment, and complimentary coffee (instant only).

The pool is currently closed due to the pandemic and pending renovation.

The basketball half-court can only be used exclusively with the fee of P2000/4 hours at the admin office. This can be coordinated through the host.

Parking inside the condo complex needs to be coordinated ahead of time. (Subject for availability)

There are nearby street parking spaces outside the condo but park at your own risk.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Electricity is via Meralco Prepaid Load. Initial P100 is free but the succeeding load amounts will be shouldered by the guest.

Wifi is unlimited and FREE.

Card games are available for FREE but are subject to a penalty once returned with missing/damaged parts.

Additional toiletries for additional guests are also available for a minimal fee.

LONG TERM STAY
Contract: Minimum of 6 months
