OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. RESERVATION FEE: Minimum 50% down-payment is required and must be deposited to our bank account to confirm your reservation. Resevation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON APPEARANCE on the schedule will be FORFEITED.
2. RE-BOOKING is applicable as long as the customer will notify us at least 2 days prior to the initial reservation date. Standard Rate will apply.
3. Additional fee of Php 100.00 to 200.00 per person will be charged to the customer in excess of the agreed quantity of guests.
4. EXTENSION of hours depends on the availability of the private pool resort. Customer must inform the Private Pool Resort Administrator at least 2 hours before the end time in order to confirm if the stay can be extended.
