Pinaunlakan ni ORMECO General Manager Engr. Humphrey A. Dolor ang imbitasyon na dumalo sa pagpupulong ng Liga ng mga Barangay Calapan City Chapter sa pangunguna ng Presidente nito na si Hon. Dennis A. Rojas upang talakayanin ang usapin patungkol sa mga sala-salabit ng linya ng kuryente at kable ng mga telecommunication utilities sa lungsod.

Sa pagpupulong na ito naibahagi ni GM Dolor ang mga programa at hakbanging gagawin ng ORMECO upang maisaayos at magkaroon ng sistematikong pagkakabit ng mga linya sa mga poste ng ORMECO. Ayon sa kanya kamakaylan lang ay isang resolusyon ang naipasa na naglalaman ng pag-aalis ng mga kable ng telecommunication utilities sa poste ng ORMECO na hindi pumasa sa pamantayan ng tamang pagkakabit nito.

Sa ganitong paraan at tulong ng samahan ng Joint Pole Aggreement inaasahan na masusolusyonan na ang mga problema at insidente na may kaugnayan sa mga hindi organisadong mga linya at kable sa lungsod ng Calapan.
