Since July 27, 2020, non-OFWs will be tested by private testing centers at their own expense at the airport upon arrival with an amount of 4,500 pesos

OFWs will be brought to a gov't quarantine facility.
For non-OFWs, to an accredited hotel of DOT, at their own expense. They will wait for more or less 3 days for the results to come out.

Cebu Pacific will mount special repatriation flights from June 3 to 7, 2020, with a limited number of domestic routes out of NAIA Terminal 3:

Manila-General Santos-Manila
Manila-Naga-Manila
Manila-Cagayan de Oro-Manila
Manila-Cebu-Manila (starting June 5, 2020)

Meanwhile, all international flights remain suspended from June 1 to 30, 2020.

Leisure travel is not allowed, as per government guidelines. Guests must check with the local governments of their origin and destination for the required documents.

We continue to work with the IATF, as well as national and local authorities on restarting flights. This is a developing situation. We may reduce or add flights depending on passenger demand, quarantine conditions and travel restrictions.

We encourage guests to check the email addresses they provided upon booking for updates on their

Dear Valued Travel Clients,

Due to the "New Normal" brought by the pandemic expect changes on our Tour rates as well as strict implementation of Health and Safety Guidelines prior/during/after travel.

⚠️I. PRE-TRIP SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Regularly update health and travel advisory prior to confirmation/implementation of a travel booking.

2. Implement of online payment for foreign and domestic tourists prior to travel date.

3. Implement mandatory travel insurance for every travel booking.

4. Require tourists to fill up a travel record / history from the beginning of 2020 and require medical certificate from a government hospital if necessary.

5. Changes in itineraries will be followed taking into consideration data and information from the Department of Health.

6. Tours to zoos, pet parlors, pet exhibits, or any activity that involves human-animal interaction may be allowed but with restrictions. Guests shall be highly discouraged to touch animals, poultry, birds, reptiles etc.

7. Tour groups shall be arranged in accordance with the passenger limit guidelines for vehicles and social distancing measures of 1 seat/meter apart.
**An appropriate vehicle for the size of the group is as follows:
🔰 Car/Sedan – not more than three (3) passengers including the driver and tour guide. No passenger seated in front passenger seat.
🔰 Vans – only two (2) passengers per row are allowed.
🔰 Buses and coasters – only 50% of the total capacity is allowed or one (1) seat apart.

⚠️ II. TRIP SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1. Checking of Body temperature before boarding. Those with fever or with high temperature will not be allowed to go with the tour. Briefing on the preventive measures and health protocols, especially on respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene before the start of the tour.

2. Mandatory wearing of surgical masks throughout the duration of the trip. They are required to sanitize / wash their hands before alighting and boarding the vehicle.

3. Social distancing of at least one (1) meter apart must be practiced by both tour guide and tourists at all times during the tour.

⚠️III. POST-TRIP SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1. The tourist is advise to wear face masks consistently for at least fourteen (14) days. If the tourist experiences symptoms of the disease upon arrival shall inform the agency as soon as possible.

PAL ADVISORY (AS OF MAY 13, 10:30PM):

All Philippine Airlines domestic and international flights to and from our hubs in MANILA, CEBU and CLARK will remain cancelled up to May 31, 2020. This is to comply with quarantine restrictions extended by the Philippine Government.

We’re working on plans to fly some domestic routes from our Davao hub, possibly to Iloilo, Siargao and General Santos. We also plan to operate sweeper and repatriation flights.

[UPDATED AS OF 13 MAY 2020, 1200hrs GMT+8] Travel Advisory: AirAsia cancels flights as PH government extends enhanced community quarantine

Following the Philippine government’s directive of extending the community quarantine period in Metro Manila and parts of the country, AirAsia is cancelling all domestic and international Z2 flights until 31 May 2020.

All affected guests will be promptly notified via email or SMS. AirAsia strongly encourages guests to update their contact details using the “My Bookings” feature on airasia.com to ensure that they receive timely notifications.

AirAsia is offering provisions for guests affected by the flight cancellations and travel restrictions following the Philippine government’s latest directive. Guests with existing flight bookings made on or before 12 May 2020 with a departure date between 23 March and 31 July 2020 will now be able to select from a range of extended flexibility options for future travel.

Eligible guests can now select from the following flexible travel options immediately, using the airline’s AI chatbot AVA on support.airasia.com or airasia.com:

1. Unlimited flight change: Change to any new travel date before 31 October 2020 on the same route for an unlimited number of times without any additional cost subject to seat availability; OR

2. Credit account: Retain the value of the flight booking in the guest’s AirAsia BIG Member account for future travel with AirAsia to be redeemed within 730 calendar days from the issuance date. The travel date of the new booking can fall on any date within the published flight schedule on airasia.com.

Here are the new rules of the upcoming Cebu Pacific Air flights due to COVID-19:

▪️Wearing a mask is required from the entrance until the arrival

▪️Physical Distancing is mandatory

▪️ Self-check-in and no-touch boarding must be utilize

▪️Counters for bag drop-ins will close 1 hour before the flight

▪️Online check-in is highly encouraged

▪️For a passenger with no bags, go straight ahead to the gate

▪️Rapid Testing will be done

▪️Hand sanitizers will be provided for the passenger and staffs
PPEs will be distributed to all crew and employees

▪️Cabin crew will be trained to help and isolate passengers

▪️Disinfection of aircraft cabin will be done frequently including passenger seats, overhead bins, cargo compartments, and lavatories.

Once the resumption of Cebu Pacific has been finally made, let’s all make sure to follow safety precaution for our safety.

All domestic and international Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights remain cancelled from May 1 to 15, 2020. This is in line with the extension of Enhanced Community Quarantine imposed over much of Luzon, and implementation of General Community Quarantine over other provinces. Restrictions are also implemented by local governments across the Philippines.

We will continue to mount all-cargo flights to help transport vital goods across the Philippines.

We will provide updates on when we will restart passenger operations, as soon as possible.
