• We reserve the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, trail conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a trip.
• We are not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by the guest in relation to a cancelled tour costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets.
• In case of human or computer error in invoicing, we reserve the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.
• We require guests to have travel insurance on their own account.
• Any payment made means accepting the terms and conditions.

ABOUT US

CDG Travel and Tours is a privately-owned travel agency in Deparo, Caloocan City, Philippines, established in September 2016. We take pride in providing an all-in service, which includes flights, transfers, accommodation, tours passport and visa assistance and travel insurance, at a reasonable rate. We aim to help our clients make the most of their travels, whether it is for leisure or business, by giving an exemplary service. CDG Travel and Tours started as an online travel agency, catering both local and international destinations, and later, a physical office was established at #288 Kabatuhan Street Deparo, Caloocan City.

As a lot of travel agencies provide similar services, we differentiate ourselves on how we provide our customer service and knowledge on different places. Our travel specialists were trained to handle different types of clients and were sent to do ocular visits on some of the destinations we offer. Our agency is flexible with the demands of our clients and can provide custom made itineraries for everyone.
