On October 15, 2018 during Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at NPD Headquarters, PCSUPT GREGORIO N LIM, District Director together with the Command Group, PSSUPT ARIEL C ARCINAS, Deputy District Director for Administration, PSSUPT RONNIE S MONTEJO, Deputy District Director for Operation and PSSUPT BENJAMIN H SILO JR, Chief District Directorial Staff, awarded a "CERTIFICATE OF COMMENDATION" to the personnel of Caloocan City Police Station for serving Warrant of Arrest on September 14, 2018 along Tawilis ST., Dagat-dagatan, Barangay 28, Caloocan City that resulted in the arrest of a wanted person.

On October 5, 2018 at about 8:00 AM, this District headed by PCSUPT GREGORIO N LIM, District Director through the District Community Affairs Development Division (DCADD) under the supervision of PSUPT SANTOS B SUMINGWA JR, Chief, DCADD, displayed/hanged streamer in front of NPD Headquarters in support to the 29th National Statistics Month celebration this October with the theme “Exploring Philippine Wonders in Numbers: Statistics Towards Sustainable Tourism Development” with Filipino translations, “Pagtuklas sa Ganda ng Pilipinas sa Pamamagitan ng mga Numero: Estadistika para sa Likas-Kayang Pagunlad ng Turismo”.

On October 5, 2018 at about 9:00 AM, Rev. Fr. Silverio Mutia, Parish Priest of San Roque Cathedral, Caloocan City officiated the Monthly Eucharistic Celebration held at NPD Chapel, Tanigue Street, corner Dagat-Dagatan, Avenue, Caloocan City.
The said activity was attended by Uniformed and Non-uniformed personnel of this District headed by PCSUPT GREGORIO N LIM, District Director together with PSSUPT ARIEL C ARCINAS, Deputy District Director for Administration, PSSUPT BENJAMIN H SILO JR, Chief District Directorial Staff, PSUPT DARIO M MENOR, Force Commander, DMFB, other Officers and fifty (50) personnel from DMFB and CAMANAVA City Police Stations.
This spiritual activity was hosted by the Malabon City Police Station under the supervision of PSSUPT HARRY G ESPELA, Chief of Police. It ended at about 10:00 AM of the same date.

On October 1, 2018 at about 9:00 AM, opening of the "1st NPD District Director PCSUPT GREGORIO N LIM Basketball Cup 2018" was held at NPD Headquarters participated by NPD Hqs, DMFB, CAMANAVA City PS and Maritime Group. The said activity was spearheaded by PCSUPT GREGORIO N LIM, District Director together with PSSUPT ARIEL C ARCINAS, DDDA, PSSUPT RONNIE S MONTEJO, DDDO and PSSUPT BENJAMIN H SILO JR, CDDS.
This activity aims to implement the "Physical Fitness "of the PNP personnel and "Sports Development Program" with emphasis on sports activities and top develop the sportsmanship, teamwork and build camaraderie for every personnel in law enforcement unit within Northern Police District.

Said participants was supervised by PSINSP WILLEX DE JESUS MESINA, Deputy Chief, DCADD. It ended at about 8:30 AM of the same date.

At about 8:00 AM of September 21, 2018, the NPD led by PSSUPT ARIEL C ARCINAS, Deputy District Director for Administration, PSSUPT BENJAMIN H SILO JR, Chief District Directorial Staff and PSUPT DARIO M MENOR, Force Commander, District Mobile Force Battalion together with D-Staff and DESPO conducted "Physical Accounting" to the Uniformed and Non-uniformed personnel of this District re-Full Alert Status in commemoration of the 46th Year Anniversary of the Declaration of Martial Law held at NPD Multi-Purpose Hall. The NPD hierarchy reminded the PNP personnel to be vigilant and alert on the impending uprising and rallies which might be staged by militant groups and labor organizations. The accounting ended at about 9:30 AM of the same date.

On September 20, 2018 at about 8:00 AM, PSSUPT ARIEL C ARCINAS, Deputy District Director for Administration, PSSUPT BENJAMIN H SILO JR, Chief District Directorial Staff, Chief DPRMD, Acting Chief, DCADD, COPs and Chiefs, SCADB of CAMANAVA City Police Stations attended the "PNP NPD-EPD INTERNAL CLEANSING PROGRAM" (PNP Squadding Program) held at CPSM Sinagtala Conference Hall, Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City. Also more or less fifty (50) volunteer Pastors from CAMANAVA Cities attended the said activity.
PDIR NOEL A BARACEROS, Director, CPSM discussed the PGS Concept incorporating MBK program to Learning and Growth, mentoring.
PDIR MA. O APLASCA, Director for Operations also gave inspirational message and encourage the volunteer Pastors as well as the PNP members to support this program.
Pastor Adiel De Torres explained the concept of squadding, wherein, RESPO, DESPO and SESPO will act as the Squad Leaders for Squad Teams composed of eight (8) members.
PDIR LYNDON G CUBOS, Director, DPRM and the one who initiated this Brothers Keepers Program extended his gratitude to the attendees and expecting their full support for the success of this program. It ended at about 12:00 NN of the same date.

On September 19, 2018 at about 8:30 AM, PCSUPT GREGORIO N LIM, District Director together with PSSUPT ARIEL C ARCINAS, Deputy District Director for Administration, PSSUPT BENJAMIN H SILO JR, Chief District Directorial Staff and NPD Directorial Staff conducted “Muster Inspection in Ranks” and “Police Information and Continuing Education” (PICE) to two hundred fifty two (252) personnel of the District Mobile Force Battalion (DMFB) headed by PSUPT DARIO M MENOR, Force Commander.
PCSUPT LIM reminded the personnel on their primary duties and responsibilities and to be more vigilant, visible and operationally responsive while in the discharge of their functions in their areas of responsibility. Likewise, reiterated to observe “Tamang Bihis” and strictly follow the Police Code of Conduct through the “15 DOs and DONTs for all NCRPO PNP Personnel”.
Said personnel also cleaned the whole compound of the Northern Police District to maintain the cleanliness of this District. It ended at about 3;30 PM of the same date.
