Why do people loves to hike? And what's in it for them? May be some of us are doing it as their regular activities, or if you should ask some they would probably say "Soul searching" because of the not so happy relationship they have had, or it may be their sweet escape from their stressful jobs, or may be to challenge ourselves at the same time to conquer our fears. These are the common responses that you would get from them.

But for me, it's like a plan to achieve your goals in life. Why? Because......
1st - you have to make sure that you are prepared and ready for that battle. Which is you have to organized and plan ahead of time to make sure you would reach the SUMMIT/GOALs in your life.

2nd - before you reach the summit there are different phases or difficulties that you have to overcome where different approaches must be present and ofcourse we need each other to help us out(Team Work)

3rd - Once you have reach the most awaited Summit/Goal, that is the price of your hardwork, determination and perseverance.

And the most important - It's not only achieving your own Goals but also helping someone to reach the SUMMIT their Goals. We might say that life is like a Race but its about who finished it first but it's about everyjuan is not giving up to finish their own race in life.

Hey Juanderers!

I just wanna share this trip that we had with my squad in BACOLOD featuring LAKAWON ISLAND.
We arrived in BACOLOD around 7PM via ferry (from ILOILO) and the cost of the ticket per pax is around PHP 260.00(economy) only if im not mistaken and if you have Student ID with you or PWD ID they do honor it for discounts. The travel time is almost an hour ONLY (from ILOILO to BACOLOD) and they do sell food inside. Upon arrival at Bacolod port we took tricycle going to Aling AIDA's Restaurant (Nearby SM City Bacolod) to try the AUTHENTIC CHICKEN INASAL. The CHICKEN INASAL that they've serve to us is quite Big and it's really tasty than what we have in FAST FOOD in Manila and it will cost you around PHP 115.00 depends on what part of the chicken and take note they do not offer unli rice (nakakasad nang konti 😭😭😭). After we had our satisying dinner we took GRAB Car to bring us to our INN/HOTEL. Some of us sort our stuff while our ate tine prepared her laptop for some work reason even if she's on a VL that's how responsible she was and camille as well to check on her business. While me, jc and jetro go out for late night party with some friends from BACOLOD that we have met in BORACAY. We tried their LOCAL drinks like ANEJO Gold it's somehow taste like EMPERADOR or ALFONSO but the alcohol content is like 70%. Yes Dude it is! We finised that 1 bottle and we tried to transfer to a different bar or place to drink but nowhere to go because it's already 2AM so we end up eating at Chowking and had small talks about our lives and after that we go back our HOTEL.

Next Day, we woke up around 6AM to catch the earliest scheduled boat going to LAKAWON ISLAND. Yey!!!! Im very excited 😁😁😁 We rode a Jeepney going to CERES Bus terminal, from there we took BUS going to BRGY. BURGOS where LAKAWON ISLAND Is located. Then we rode another tricycle going to port (nakakapagod mag gala 😅😅). The scheduled boat is every hour and and it's a first come first serve basis and you have to register first for them to monitor the number of guest. It's15-20minutes travel from port to LAKAWON ISLAND bilis diba 😁😁😁. And upon arrival we had our LUNCH and the food they served is tasty solid grabe masarap and it would cost you around PHP 200.00 per dish. So matapos na yung lunch, nag rest kami mga 15 mins then proceed agad sa Floating Bar. And take note, they do not accept Cash they provide Cash Card na loloadan mo like 1K nagagamitin mo to purchased food and drinks 😎😎😎

And guest what? Instagramable yung place at photoshoot kung photoshoot ang laban and lit 100% 🔥🔥🔥 apart from that they do have some activities like Trampoline and Inflatable waterjumping air bag and fyi sobrang para kaming mga bata, masayang nag kakalokohan kahit nakakapagod. After magpakasaya nang mga bata around 3pm we decided to go back to the island, fix ourselves and head back to our hotel via van transfer.

Sobrang pagod pag ka dating sa hotel pero kailangan pa pala bumili nang pampasalubong sa family, friends and workmates kaya we visited bongbong's delicacies for pasalubong. Sobrang sarap nang piyayang bagong luto lalo na yung ube!!! Solid yun grabe 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 kaya yung budget sa pasalubong ee nadagdaggan kasi minsan lang makapunta so don't miss the opportunity mas mahal ang pamasahi papunta bacolod hehe. Unless it's Piso fare like what we had and mga juanderers kami po at abangers nang piso fare din kaya laking tipid 😁😁😁 and yun na nga after bumili pasalubong we asked one of the staff kung pwede balikan nalang yung pinamili kasi kakaen muna kame sa Chicken Inasal again!!!!! Whooo!!!! 😋😋😋😋😋

After naten kumaen nang masarap na inasal nanaman ayun nagulat kame ubos na pera namen may utang pa kame sa manager naming hahaha pero wala na magawa nag enjoy kame sobra ee haha kaya we head back to hotel since walking distance lang naman pero it's like 10mins walk hahaha pero ok lang din para matagtag yung kinaen namen. And yun ayos gamit and bilangan na nang utang na babayaran namen hahaha and sleep na agad kasi maaga flight going back to Clark. 😁😁😁

TRICYLCE - SM CITY BACOLOD = Php 15.00 per Head
Grab Car from SM - Hotel within Bacolod City = Php 200.00
Jeepney Fare - Ceres Bus Terminal = Php 9.00 each
Bus going to Brgy. Burgos = Php 150.00
Tricycle = Php 30.00
Boat - LAKAWON ISLAND = Php 500.00 per head/ RT
Van - Hotel = Php 250.00
