LUYANA: Lin-ay kang Caluya crown In the quest for promoting the tourism resources of the islands, Lin-ay kang Caluya shall likewise promote goodwill, women empowerment and pride of her diverse community. She is the reigning ambassadress of the environment as the LGU is the recent champion of BFAR’s Malinis at Masaganang Karagatan. The colors of the green, yellow and pearl white are representations of the island’s richness to flora and fauna and the prestige of good governance of its 18 barangays.
