This three-day event, organized by AIDA Philippines, celebrates freediving excellence in the Philippines and highlights the New Clark City (NCC) Aquatics Center as a premier venue for both local and international pool training and competitions. This initiative reflects the Department of Tourism (DOT) Region III’s unwavering commitment in establishing the NCC Aquatics Center as a key tourism driver and a hub for underwater sports in Central Luzon.

In collaboration with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and the International Association for the Development of Apnea (AIDA) Philippines, efforts are focused on continuously refining facility guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable freediving experience. This event also serves as a platform to address challenges in the sport, fostering consistent improvement and innovation.

Through the Travel Breathe Dive (TBD) program, DOT Region III champions a sustainable and inclusive approach, integrating diving and wellness to elevate Central Luzon's tourism offerings.
