YELLOW WARNING LEVEL: Metro Manila, Cavite, Bataan, Zambales(Botolan, Cabangan, San Felipe, San Antonio, San Narciso, San Marcelino, Castillejos, Subic, Olongapo) and Batangas(Nasugbu, Lian, Calatagan, Balayan, Tuy, Lemery, Laurel, Calaca).
ASSOCIATED HAZARD: FLOODING in flood-prone areas.
Meanwhile, expect light to moderate with occasional heavy rains over Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Laguna, Quezon, Batangas(Agoncillo, Alitagtag, Balete, Batangas City, Bauan, Tanauan, Cuenca, Ibaan, Lipa, Lobo, Mabini, Malvar, Mataasnakahoy, Padre Garcia, Rosario, San Jose, San Juan, San Luis, San Nicolas, San Pascual, Santa Teresita, Santo Tomas, Taal, Talisay, Taysan, Tingloy) and Zambales(Candelaria, Iba, Masinloc, Palauig, Santa Cruz) within the next 3 hours.
Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains affecting Bulacan, Pampanga and Rizal which may persist within 3 hours.
