Jing's Place, founded in 2004, has been the first homestay on the island. Experience our philippine culture together with our family and friends. Learn from us and our lifestyle and share your own culture with us. We love to learn and hear stories from travellers all over the world. Surfing is a big part of our daily life.
Jing has been one of the first surfers on the island and the first to teach how to surf to the locals. He worked as lifeguard, modeled for surf magazines and took a big part in making Cloud 9 the famous surf spot it is today.
We care a lot about the environment and our local community. Together with our friends from all over the world we are supporting the local schools and hospitals to provide our kids a better future. We are building houses and boats for those who need help and struggle with life. The church plays a big role for many filipinos and also for us. Maybe it's our strong believe and the never ending sunshine that makes us smile
