🏖️ Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Join our team at Exclusive Beach House, a premier vacation rental in Macaas, Catmon, Cebu, dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences for our guests. We’re looking for a dedicated, customer-focused male individual to be the face of our beach house during the night shift.
Position: Guest Service Representative (Night Shift)
Location: Exclusive Beach House, Macaas, Catmon, Cebu
Schedule: Night shift (Exact hours to be discussed)
Responsibilities:
✨ Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
✨ Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions or concerns guests may have
✨ Handle reservations and process guest requests efficiently
✨ Monitor property security to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
✨ Communicate with the morning team to report any issues or requests from the night shift
Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
✅ Good communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus!)
✅ Positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests
✅ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during night hours
✅ Basic Facebook skills
