CATMON RIPPLES BEACH HOUSE/EXCLUSIVE VACATION HOME RENTAL is located at Barangay Macaas Catmon Cebu.

Coming from Cebu City, it is around 52 kms. Our main gate is across the signage "WELCOME Barangay MACAAS", across a long stretch of bibingka vendors.

WE DO NOT HAVE A SIGNAGE OUTSIDE as we do not accept walk-in guests... PRIOR booking is required. Please PM us on our FB page for booking procedure. Thank you! 🌻

Rates are packaged for 20pax OR LESS!

RATES VARY DEPENDING ON SEASONS! Pls. PM or contact us for actual rates at cp # 09177723350. You may also call landline #350-4112 between 10AM-7PM.

In excess of 20pax, we charge 200ph/pax (regular season) or 250ph/pax (peak season). In order to maintain the good condition of the resort, we encourage OVERNIGHT guests to limit up to 30pax (also for their own comfort!). For DAY-USE, we can accommodate up to 150pax👍🏻

AMENITIES:

EXCLUSIVE USE of the place with
• Infinity Pool (3ft.-6ft.) and relaxing whirlpool bath for 4pax at one time
• Kiddie Pool (2.5ft.)
• 4 airconditioned bedrooms with COMFORTABLE beds, complete beddings, cabinets and extra floor mattresses (pls see photos)
• 2 towels provided in every room (we encourage guests to bring their own towels)
• Toilet paper and bath soap provided in every rest room
• Wide space at the basement with two big beds and 2 electric fans. (NOTE: option for airconditioning with an add'nal charge)
• 2 daybeds and extra mattresses, pillows and beddings for extra pax.
• 3 comfort rooms
• Cabana adjacent to shower area and dressing room
• Spacious lawn for outdoor parties or teambuilding activities
• Only 8 steps access to the sea plus a floating raft for sunbathing
• Shaded picnic grove with tables and chairs overlooking the sea
• Open "kamalig" overlooking the sea
• FREE use of kitchen equipment (gas range, refrigerator, chest freezer, microwave, rice cooker can cook up to 5 kilos, coffee maker, oven toaster), also cookware, bbq grill, utensils, and all other kitchen essentials
• Hot and Cold water dispenser (first container is free)
• Cable TV
• Billiards
• First aid kit
• Safe parking inside the premises
• Roving barangay tanod and guard dogs for added security
• Standby generator incase of power failure
