TIPS on how to avail the cheapest airfare. ✈💗

▪︎ As much as possible, avoid booking near your travel dates. For sure it will be expensive.

▪︎Plan ahead and avail tickets as early as possible. You may be lucky and get a promo fare. Promo fares are usually valid for travel period months after the promo. 😉

▪︎Be alert. When there's a promo fare, get it fast! No second thoughts, for it may be gone in a blink of an eye. 😅

▪︎For BUTUAN, CDO, ZAMBOANGA, OZAMIS at TAGBILARAN, airfares are mostly high so if you can secure a booking during a promo, go get it!

▪︎ Bacolod, Tacloban & Coron are very likely to sell out during a seat sale, so don't wait for the last day of the booking period.

▪︎TRAVEL DATES of promo fares are always months away from the BOOKING PERIOD.
(So don't be surprise if airfares of your target date is too expensive, especially if you're going to book it on the same month.)

LOOK: List of airports with LGU clearance to resume commercial flights as of 6 August 2020

As of today, 6 August, there are 32 airports in the country whose Local Government Units (LGUs) have issued orders categorically supporting the resumption* of commercial airport operations in their areas of jurisdiction.

Meanwhile, domestic commercial flights will not be allowed at NAIA due to the MECQ. International flights, OWWA flights, and LSI/ROF sweeper flights to Davao and Romblon are still allowed subject to restrictions.

*Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.

ALL restrictions on non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos have been lifted by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

Under IATF’s Resolution no. 52, the non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos shall be subject to the following conditions:

▪️Submission of confirmed roundtrip tickets for those traveling on tourist visas;
▪️Adequate travel health insurance to cover rebooking and accommodation expenses;
▪️Allowed entry by the destination country in accordance with travel, health and quarantine restrictions;
▪️Execution of a Declaration acknowledging the risk of the travel; and
▪️Upon return, shall follow the guidelines of returning overseas Filipinos of the National Task Force.

1. Negative Rapid Test valid for 5 days only from date of test.
2. No Negative Rapid Test, Not allowed to board on Planes.
3. Passengers Manifesto; must contain personal contact details and complete address of destination.
4. 14 days quarantine in local destination even with Negative Rapid Test result.

These conditions applies to all inbound and outbound flights in CARAGA Region.

Emirates plans 18 flights from Dubai to Manila this July 2020

Emirates plans to operate a total of 18 flights between Dubai and Manila during the month of July,

allowing travellers currently in the Philippines to connect to any destination on Emirates’ current network of 52 destinations in the GCC, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas, including UAE residents returning home.

Flights are planned for

July 5, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29 and 31, on EK332/333

and on July 8, 12, 22 and 29 on EK334/335,

providing travellers with more choice,

especially if connecting to other destinations

Flight EK332 is scheduled to depart Dubai International Airport at 3:10 am
and arrive to Ninoy Aquino International Airport at 16:15 pm.

Flight EK333 is scheduled to depart Ninoy Aquino International Airport at 18:15 and arrive in Dubai at 23:00 local time.
