Cancelled Flights Due to Tropical Storm Kristine

Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami) has brought heavy rains and strong winds to parts of the Philippines in recent days. As the storm moves over Northern Luzon, areas like Manila and Clark are expected to experience increased rainfall, strong winds, and poor visibility. These conditions may cause flight delays, slower departure and arrival rates at the airports, and extended ramp activities for our ground personnel.
Due to this ongoing impact of Tropical Storm Kristine on flight operations, Cebu Pacific has taken proactive measures to ensure the safety of its passengers and crew. As a result, additional flights scheduled for October 24, 2024, have been cancelled:

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:
1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.
CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:
• San Jose – October 23, 2024
• San Vicente (Palawan) - October 24, 2024
• Cauayan, Laoag, and Tuguegarao – October 25, 2024
In addition, travelers with flights to Manila and Clark on October 24 to 25, 2024 may also avail of these flexible options.
Those on affected flights may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.
