You can choose to live a better life and create winning life stories with this golden rule— KNOW YOUR WHY! Be productive, creative, and active. And know this fact that, better life always comes through better decisions and actions. There might also come a time in your life when you would feel like quitting, giving up, or consider walking alone. But to eliminate such thoughts, you again need to reconsider your “WHY”— knowing it better with much clarity and conviction.

I have never ATTAINED this level of fulfillment that I have inside me now. I have always been working and striving hard, but in my previous journey, I was walking the path without a greater purpose. That no matter how great the results were, I still felt empty, lost, and alone.

But, I praise the Lord for I now came to a POINT where I found my ‘AHA’ moments, that even when I am sometimes not that conscious of my actions, I already feel and realize my real purpose within, and my ultimate drive to keep me moving and pushing forward, even when I a lot more energies are trying to pull me backward.

My greatest WHY — my Child, our Family.

By having my Child, and me being a mom also paved the way to a much GREATER PURPOSE— the family, the community, and the world she belongs and lives in, which I started to care MORE about.

I honestly didn’t care so much about the world before... All the wars, all the chaos around me never bothered me... I would travel, run away from all chaos, and enjoy my own little world. I also never feared dying cause I felt NO ESSENCE of my existence.

Then, I became a mom, and things MASSIVELY CHANGED. I don’t want to die not until I am sure that my child will be okay without me. I now breathe each day to ENSURE that I will do even the simplest thing I can to ensure that I will contribute to the kind of world I believe my child and her generation deserves. And she amazingly makes me enjoy this challenging yet worth going through process. She makes me embrace my imperfections and me being a WORK IN PROGRESS.

YES! YES! YES! God gave me my GREATEST REASON, hence MY PAINS AND STRUGGLES no longer weakens me, it even SHARPENS so I can be truly useful to this world —- according to God’s purpose why He created me in the first place.

The JOURNEY ahead is still unknown, but I don’t need to see the whole staircase. I have FAITH, and that’s more than enough for me to keep walking the path where He wishes me to leave His trails. ❤️

We're literally in lockdown for almost 4 months now here in Cebu .😥😥😥

So many sad things happening in the world ..Personally,I encountered so many challenges but despite of it all, I'm still choosing to count our blessings instead.

June 2020.

It's been a really tough month I would say....

This month made me cry for so many different reasons.

Death of someone close to my heart.
Wounded relationship.
Health concerns
Locked down for over 3 months now.
Wrong business decisions and failed transactions.

So many unexpected things happened ..

So many realizations...

So many learnings...

It's really tough yet I want to end it with a broken yet grateful heart.

Because it taught me to have UNSHAKABLE FAITH to GOD.

It brought me closer to HIM in my low moments . ....in the midst of crisis.

It made me listen to His soft and quiet voice ,soft and quiet yet His message was very CLEAR.

Choose love and peace.

Give up pride.

Ask for forgiveness.

Have strong faith.

Let go and let God....

Be Still. ...because God's plans are better than our plans.

And I realized that my challenges aren't that bad at all...I have more reasons to be happy and grateful.

I wrote this so in the next few years,I will see this post in my Facebook memories... part of my

I also wanted to give HOPE to those who may need it. ❤

P.S.1 Just in case you're going through a lot of hurdle, especially in this time of crisis.Take tome time to slow down and listen to His soft and gentle voice.

The world is chaotic and noisy that most of the time, we tend to miss what God is saying.

Take time to discern and you'll have more peace and clarity.

Inner peace is priceless.

A Bad Day For The Ego Is A Good Day For The Soul.

I borrowed this quote from a mentor I followed for many years now Robin Sharma, in an interview say, "A bad day for the ego is a good day for the soul."

Does your ego sometimes get the better of you? I know mine sometimes does. It can be easy to get caught up in our ego and think deeply stories that don't really serve us.

Our egos are powerful.

They can make us believe that everything is about us. They can make us feel defensive when others criticize us.

They can allow us to believe that people are slighting us when it's actually our own insecurities.

They get wounded when relationships struggle or end painfully.

Our ego will make us feel separate and superior to others and it will work to preserve its sense of self-importance at any cost.

Spiritually, ego means considering oneself to be distinct, or separate from others and from God.

It's the opposite of identifying with the Soul or God within us and living our daily life with this consciousness, the concept of...WE ARE ALL ONE.

The ego fools us into becoming overly identified with our bodies, our thoughts and emotions.

I've often heard the acronym for ego to be Edge God Out.

I really like this description of ego.

The ego identifies itself as just a physical body that is born and dies, instead of seeing ourselves as spiritual beings having a human experience.

Deepak Chopra describes the ego this way, "The ego is our self-image, NOT our true self. It is characterized by labels, masks, images, and judgments.

The true self is the field of possibilities, creativity, intentions, and power.

We can go beyond the ego through self awareness - awareness of our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and speech.

Thus we begin to slowly move beyond the ego to the true self." Deepak describes the coats, the hats. the masks that we wear to in essence "hide" our true self.

I believe that awareness is a huge step toward making shifts.

Paying attention, being mindful of how we feel, what we are thinking, what we are saying and how we are behaving.

Just having awareness, just paying attention causes a big shift in our response.

Self-inquiry is an important tool when being mindful.
Working to understand, to be curious about what we are feeling and thinking and why and then accepting it.

Once we understand and accept it then it no long has a hold over us.

It helps me to remember to NOT let my ego make decisions for me.

Instead, I work to let my higher self make the decisions.

My higher self makes decisions based on love, empathy, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, peace and joy.

It helps me to remember to follow these guidelines:

Don't be quick to judge...be quick to listen, to empathize, to be compassionate, to apologize, to forgive, to love.

Don't be quick to be right...be quick to understand, to hear another perspective, to be open to a different way, a different thought, a new direction, to love.

Don't be quick to bully, to manipulate, to control, to compete...be quick to collaborate, to compromise, to respect, to partner, to love.

Thanking God each day for guiding me and giving me clarity through His words. I am beyond grateful.

Gospel, Matthew 6:7-15
7 'In your prayers do not babble as the gentiles do, for they think that by using many words they will make themselves heard.

8 Do not be like them; your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

9 So you should pray like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be held holy,

10 your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven.

11 Give us today our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we have forgiven those who are in debt to us.

13 And do not put us to the test, but save us from the Evil One.

14 'Yes, if you forgive others their failings, your heavenly Father will forgive you yours;

15 but if you do not forgive others, your Father will not forgive your failings either.
