Booking Policy:

•50% Down Payment is required upon booking, the other 50% will be paid upon arrival at the place.

•Strictly no cancellation of booking
(No refund)

•If you wish to rebook, inform us 7 days before the supposed arrival date. Failure to do so will result to 25% (of the total amount) charge that will be deducted from the Down Payment. (Example: the guest paid 5k as downpayment, 2.5k

will be deducted if rebooking is made in less than 7 days)

•Re-booking will only be free of charge for as long as the reason is weather related
(example: no ferry trips due to typhoon)
