As of 9:00 am, January 14, 2020
Cebu Pacific operations in and out of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) are now back to normal.
Passengers booked on cancelled flights may manage their booking before their scheduled time of departure through the Cebu Pacific website, bit.ly/CEBmanageflight, with the following options:
•Rebook flights within 30 days without penalties
•Refund tickets in full
•Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use.
Guests on flights to and from Manila (NAIA) today (January 14, 2020) that are not cancelled may also manage their booking online any time before their flight is scheduled to depart, should they decide to forego travelling for the meantime.
For guests who are having difficulty managing their bookings online, please message us via Facebook or Twitter, or through our website for assistance.

Taal Volcano eruption

Cebu Pacific has gradually resumed operations in and out of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) following the volcanic ash fall that commenced yesterday evening. The return to service of our aircraft is a gradual and time consuming process as each aircraft has to undergo rigorous maintenance procedures prior to being released.
As a consequence of this process, the following flights are cancelled:

Cebu Pacific is progressively resuming flights following the ash fall over the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). In the interest of safety, all aircraft are undergoing thorough maintenance checks before being cleared for operations.
With this development, the following Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights scheduled today, January 13, 2020 are cancelled:
