LESS PROCESSED FOOD PLEASE! All the that extra salt, sugar, MSG, coloring, and/or additives for "long shelf life" in processed food is Taxing on your Body. 🤢🥴😰

Eat fresh sausages vs. hotdogs. Fry fresh fish vs. canned fish. Braise or Grill some meat vs. canned meat. Buy more leafy greens (or at least add more veggies to your plate). 🛒

Give your Body an Advantage by giving it the right nutrients and in proper amounts. Then it can Focus on eliminating enemies in the system. 💪
