❗❗❗ Parking Update

Please be advised that the condominium has implemented new parking regulations. Effective immediately (April 3, 2024), parking fees will be enforced for cars, while motorcycles will remain free of charge. Each car will receive 1 hour of free parking, with subsequent hours incurring a fee of 35 pesos per hour.

The following updates regarding parking regulations are administered by the condo admin and, we as host do not have authority over these changes. Payments for any car park usage will be asked directly by the condo personnel upon leaving the premises at the guardhouse.

Please note that parking fees are not included in your booking fee. Thank you.
