2) The general purpose of the call or a specific message you want to convey
3) The result you want to get. For example, if the call is to complain to an airline for bumping you, please give us a mission like 'just give them hell' or 'try to get me 1000 free air miles'

If we can't get through, the call is free. If we are able to make the call successfully, we will email you a report and charge $7.50
