We have an elegant interior designed studio unit in Mivesa Garden Residences located in Salinas Drive Lahug, near JY square mall which is 5mins away from IT park,cozy vibes ang room. The unit can accommodate 4 pax maximum. The unit is self check-in! No need to meet anyone. Once you have paid, you can get to the unit by yourself. No need mu meet ug tao. Available dates is in our Airbnb calendar on the link above!

🧹Cleaning fee of ₱400 for the duration of the stay
⚠️We require a ₱1000 security deposit for incidentals. Deposit will be returned after you check out, granting no damage in the unit
Method of Payment is GCash. You will be given instructions and door code to enter the unit after receipt of payment

💰Booking is non refundable. Only the security deposit and cleaning fee will be returned if you want to cancel

Condo Amenities:

🧾20 available pay to park slots inside the condo. First 4 hours sa parking is free. P100 per hour after, nya from 10PM-6AM is considered overnight parking with fee of P300/night. After 6AM kay free parking na sad for first 4 hours.
